Tecno Construction, LLC is a State of Florida General Contractor company specializing in the development of commercial and residential projects. Over the years, Tecno Construction has undertaken many challenging projects and accumulated skills, know-how in design and build solutions, project management services, building trades and related engineering works. Experience includes the successful completion of medical offices, residential homes, mixed-use, retail space and Hotel renovations in Latin America and South Florida. Incorporated in the State of Florida in 2001 has been expanding its domestic presence in the last 23 years. Tecno Construction, LLC possesses a strong management team with over 38 years of experience in the construction business.

Francesco Lignarolo with a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineer, a General Contractor in the State of Florida, and with a Real Estate License in the State of Florida is the Founder and President of Tecno Construction.
Francesco takes great pride in each and every one of his projects. His attention to detail, reliability, and dedicated approach have earned the trust and respect of his clients.
